HONE YOUR SKILLS THIS OFF-SEASON
6 WEEK OFF-SEASON DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
From July 8th to August 14th, train like a pro with three on-ice sessions and three off-ice training sessions per week. Our small group format (max. 12 athletes) ensures personalized development to sharpen your skills, strength, and hockey IQ.
Powered by Oakville Athletic Academy (OAA), each athlete gets a customized off-ice training plan to maximize their performance.
